pH & Alkalinity Increaser

Important!
Low pH in Softub and SplashTub can cause unsightly wrinkles and cause permanent damage to the vinyl liners.

SoftRise increases the pH and alkalinity levels of the water in your Softub or vinyl lined spa.

Directions
1. Test your total alkalinity and pH using a Water Test Strip. If alkalinity is below 80 ppm, add one ouce of product.
2. Permit Softub water to circulate for fifteen minutes then re-test. Repeat procedure if necessary until the recommended alkalinity level is reached.
3. If alkalinity did require adjustment, re-test for pH after the alkalinity adjustment has been completed. if pH is below 7.2, follow the procedure about but add a 1/2 ounce at a time to your Softub. Repeat until recommended pH level is reached.

The ideal pH range for a Softub or vinyl lined spa is 7.4 - 7.6

Storage
Store in a tightly closed container in a cool, dry place. When container is empty do not reuse. Wrap container and place in trash collection or approved landfill.
