Softub® Chemicals

Softub® chemicals are specially designed to be safe for vinyl linings and all hot tubs and spas. AquaChek test strips check for the total alkalinity, pH, and free chlorine in the water. These strips are easy to use and will give results immediately to let you know if you need to make any changes with special softub chemicals.

Cleaning with the appropriate chemicals is also important. Oil from the body and from bath additives will collect in the filter and plumbing. SoftChlor is a great sanitizer for use in vinyl lined tubs, soft sided spas or hot tubs. The amount needed will be determined by the results of the test strips or test kit. Occasional super chlorination is needed depending on the usage.
