Filling the Booster Seat
Take out the outer plug and you will see another plug/valve. This plug/valve does not come out. There is a slit or opening in this plug/valve. Place the opening of the booster seat in front of a jet with the air controls closed, or insert a garden hose into the opening/slit. Fill completely with water and securely close valve.

Also, prior to filling with water, you should add weight to the booster seat to prevent it from floating. You will want to add some weight to the booster seat to prevent it from floating. Make sure that the matierial that you use will not puncture the booster seat.
