The policies set below are intended to keep our pricing low. We need to have these policies set forth to be able to provide our customers with the best service possible.
Return Policy
Pre-approval is required for all Softub or SplashTub supply returns - please call or e-mail for authorization. All orders must be returned with Return Goods Authorization (RGA). If an order is returned without a RGA the order will be refused and sent back to the shipper.
All orders that are authorized for return must have the following:
Be in original, un-opened packaging
Be in salable condition
Be freight Pre-Paid
Accompanied by a RGA Number
Original Receipt must be with order
Product can be returned within 15 calendar days. Products returned after
15 calendar days WILL be subject to 20% restocking fee.
NO RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS!
NO CODs Will Be Accepted.
SpaDuck reserves the right to charge a 20% Restocking Fee, a 3.5% Processing Fee, and the cost to ship the order out to the customer on returned orders. This includes if your order had free shipping. We will deduct the cost incurred to SpaDuck to ship the order out to the customer.
Any refused or cancelled orders are subject to a 20% Restocking Fee, plus a 3.5% Processing Fee. Please note that an order can only be cancelled if cancelled prior to the order being shipped out by SpaDuck. The Processing Fee is what SpaDuck pays to PayPal when the order is originally placed. This is a fee that we can not recoup.
Shipping Policy
Orders are generally shipped within 2 business days on all In-Stock items. We will notify you
within one business day if the item that you ordered is not in stock. At that time we will
notify you when your order will ship.
All Orders are shipped via FedEx (Federal Express) Ground. Other shipping options for
your spa gift are available at an additional cost.
We do not ship Softub chemicals or Softub accessories to Foreign addresses. We will ship orders to PO Boxes via Postal Express but delivery time may vary and the products are shipped at the buyers own risk.
We will ship orders outside of the continental United States at an additional cost. If orders are being shipped to Hawaii or Alaska UPS & FedEx requires that orders are shipped 1 or 2 day Air. This is an additional cost to us. We will ship your oder at the least expensive cost to us. This may be shipping via Poastal Express. We try to keep our costs down in order to keep our pricing low.
Cancellation Policy
Orders (such as a soft tub accessory) are cancelled on a best effort basis. Once your
order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled and is subject to our Return Policy
above.
If you have the need to cancel an order that has been placed on our website
and has
not
been shipped you can do so in an e-mail or by telephone.
SpaDuck reserves the right to modify or amend its Policies at any time without prior notice.
